Four friends who love life and love a challenge tasted the deliciousness of spicy hot pot in Sichuan, and boldly stepped out of their comfort zone. From developing the broth and selecting the ingredients to recreating authentic Sichuan flavor, they joined forces step by step and opened the first restaurant of their lives.

This is a wall in the Mao Xiang Xiang Flagship Store.
The wall records our very first complete menu, along with the whole journey Mao Xiang Xiang has traveled. From founding, to recipe development, to reinvention time and again, we keep refining while holding fast to the flavors worth keeping.
Now, Mao Xiang Xiang is ready to venture out from Fengjia to many more places, sharing the good flavors we craft so carefully with even more people.

Sichuan locals often tell us, to their delight, that it feels just like coming home, the flavor is incredibly authentic. We took the risk of "daring to be judged by the highest standard," and won!
